It recognises the most outstanding projects in e-government that have been implemented in the previous two years, based on the benefits they have delivered to the Australian community. Centrelink's Customer Online Services provides customers with more self service delivery options while protecting their privacy and security. The customer can find, update, or ask for some of their personal information from Centrelink. Students and families can also lodge new claims online. Centrelink's Business Online Services lets businesses use the internet to find, or ask for, information from Centrelink. Services include Customer Confirmation eServices, Centrepay Service Online and Language Services.
