Fraud
Most people getting payments from Centrelink are in genuine need. However, there are people who don't provide Centrelink with the correct details of their personal circumstances (or a change in circumstances) which they are obliged to tell us. Centrelink carries out a range of regular reviews to make sure the right customer is paid the right amount.
