Centrelink's multicultural servicing strategy Supporting Multicultural Australia 2010-13 builds upon Centrelink's ongoing commitment to developing and delivering responsive and accessible services to multicultural Australia.
The strategy:
- sets out the services that multicultural customers, communities and community sector service providers can expect from Centrelink;
- promotes Centrelink's multicultural servicing capability to internal and external stakeholders; and
- will help influence business planning and decision-making within the organisation in relation to servicing multicultural customers.
