Agent and Access Point Contracts
The Department of Human Services (‘department’) engages local host organisations to provide Agent and Access Point services across rural, regional and remote Australia. A business, company, Government organisation, community group or trading entity may be considered suitable to deliver the services of an Agent or Access Point.
The information below is for potential or existing host organisations who wish to view and/or complete the Agent and Access Point Contracts documentation. Host organisations should read and fully understand this information before applying to act as an Agent or Access Point. The department encourages all potential host organisations to seek their own professional advice as appropriate and not construe these documents or other information provided by the department as investment, legal or tax advice.
A copy of the below documents can be either printed or electronically saved for your records.
