Deduction & Confirmation Services Contracts & Registration:

If you have read the terms and conditions of the Contract and decided that you want to start using one or more of the Deduction & Confirmation Services you need to:

  1. Fill in the Business Application below making sure you fill in all of the compulsory fields.
  2. Return the completed application to your state or territory's Deduction & Confirmation Services Account Manager.
    (If your application is approved you will be sent an acceptance notice.)
  3. Complete the user access requests and privacy statements.

When you have completed the registration process you will be sent a start-up kit containing information about accessing the services. The start-up kit includes user guides to help you receive the best value and benefit from Centrelink's Deduction & Confirmation Services.
