Claiming Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) Assistance

TFES forms

To access these forms you will need Acrobat Reader.

  • Claim for Assistance - for general freight costs
  • Claim for Assistance - Horses - for horse freight costs
  • Payments System - Processing Authority - for claims lodged on a floppy disk
  • Supplier's Certificate - for goods purchased through a Tasmanian supplier or direct from a mainland supplier or for goods purchased on hire purchase or lease
  • Cargo and Trailer Dimensions - for completion by Sportspersons and Professional Entertainers, detailing dimensions of equipment included in a claim
  • Manufacturers' and Miners' Business Registration Application - to register your business as a southbound claimant

Complete your claim form

Claim forms detail all supporting documentation needed with your claim on the reverse side.

When you lodge your first claim, or when your bank or business details change, you need to complete the Claimant Information section on the reverse of the claim form.
