The numbers listed below will put you in contact with a Centrelink Call Centre that takes calls Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The Family Assistance Office line is open from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Calls from your home phone to Centrelink 13 numbers from anywhere in Australia are charged at a fixed rate. That rate may vary from the price of a local call and may also vary between telephone service providers. Calls to 1800 numbers from your home phone are free. Calls from public and mobile phones may be timed and charged at a higher rate.

Please Note: All Call Centres will be closed for business on National Public Holidays. Call Centres in individual States and Territories will be also closed on State Public Holidays.
