Bali Assistance

Centrelink provided a range of assistance for victims and their families directly affected by the 2002 Bali tragedy.

Eligible people accessed financial support, travel and accommodation assistance, information and referrals to other agencies, and support networks of social workers and counsellors.

Commemorative services for the 2002 and 2005 bombings in Bali

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has issued a travel bulletin to provide advice to Australians who would like to attend commemorative services in Bali, Indonesia, to mark the 7th anniversary of the 12 October 2002 bombings and the 4th anniversary of the 1 October 2005 bombings.
