Gippsland Floods Assistance - 2007

Centrelink provided immediate, short-term financial assistance to Australians affected by the recent flooding in the Gippsland regions of Victoria in 2007.

The Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment was activated to assist those "adversely affected" as a direct result of the flooding.
