The allowances and benefits referred to in this section include:

• Mobility Allowance
• Carer Allowance
• Pharmaceutical Allowance
• Telephone Allowance.

Are payment rates adjusted in line with the cost of living?

Your payment rate is usually adjusted in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI):

• in January each year if you are receiving Mobility Allowance, Carer Allowance or Pharmaceutical Allowance
• in September each year if you receive Telephone Allowance.
