Step 4
Information required to make a claim
You may also be asked to provide proof of birth or arrival in Australia for your child, details of your income and, depending on your circumstances, your partner's income.
Note: To authorise a person to act on your behalf when dealing with Centrelink, or who can receive your payments, refer to someone to deal with Centrelink for you.
