Newstart Allowance claim forms

You may not need to complete a claim form for Newstart Allowance.

If you are unable to telephone us or visit a Centrelink Customer Service Centre due to a medical condition, or you live remotely and do not have access to a telephone you can download and complete the appropriate forms and return them to Centrelink in person, by mail or by having a nominated person lodge them for you.

Your claim may only be payable from the date you lodge your completed claim form.
