To make a claim for a Centrelink payment while you are in Ireland, you can download the claim forms and information from this page, complete the forms and return them to your nearest pension fund or social security office, or directly to Centrelink International Services. If you are having trouble downloading the forms and information, you can telephone Centrelink on our Telephone Us page or visit your nearest pension fund or social security office.

Forms you need to complete

To make choosing a claim form that best suits your personal circumstances easy, there are a few steps to follow:

Step 1

Download and complete the claim forms:

Step 2

For certain payments, the following forms also need to be downloaded and completed so that your claim can be accurately assessed:

If you are claiming an Australian Disability Support Pension

• Job Capacity - Customer Information
• Treating Doctor's Report

Step 3

Print and complete your downloaded claim forms with your personal details. You may need to download and complete some of the below additional forms that have been identified when completing your claim form. Return your completed forms to your nearest pension fund or social security office, or directly to Centrelink International Services.
