Rent Certificate form:
If you have changed or updated your address with Centrelink or the Family Assistance Office within the last seven days, and advised that you are renting, lodging, or paying site, mooring, maintenance, accommodation or service fees, a Rent Certificate will have been automatically sent to you. If you have registered for Centrelink's online services you may be able to request a copy of your rent certificate online.
If you haven't received a Rent Certificate or haven't advised your change of address, you can report your change of address via online services and may be able to request a copy of your rent certificate online. If you are unable to access online services then please call Centrelink on the "13" number most relevant to your situation. For a list of Centrelink's "13" numbers, go to the Telephone Us page.
Please Note: This form is not downloadable from this page as it must be issued by Centrelink. You can obtain the form using
online services or at your nearest Centrelink Customer Service Centre.
