Payments

Centrelink supports people who are ill, injured or have a disability with a range of payments:

  • Disability Support Pension
  • Sickness Allowance
  • Mobility Allowance

If you are under 21, you may also be eligible for the Youth Disability Supplement.

Services and programs

The government provides a range of services and programs for people who are ill, injured or have a disability.

Avoid a Centrelink debt

Avoid a debt by letting us know when your situation changes.

Making a claim for payment

Listed below are claim forms you may find useful:

Working with an illness, injury or disability

Centrelink provides a wide range of services to help you look for work and make career-related decisions. For more information, refer to Working with an illness, injury or disability.

Unable to look for work due to a serious illness

For more information, refer to Information for customers with a serious illness who are unable to look for work.

Direct bill-paying service

Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service offered to customers receiving payments from Centrelink.

Through Centrepay you can choose to pay bills by having a regular amount deducted from your Centrelink payment.
