Medicare and Centrelink trial

Medicare Australia and Centrelink are working on a national trial aimed at improving customer service and choices to all Australians. As part of the trial, non-cash Medicare services will be available in selected Centrelink Customer Service Centres and Centrelink seniors and carers services will be available in selected Medicare offices.

The 6 month trial will take place in every state and will test customer demand for shared services across Centrelink and Medicare offices.
