Centrelink's MyCommunity was a success
Following a successful trial, Centrelink's MyCommunity, a member-only online community, closed on 31 December 2010. MyCommunity was created because we're interested in your views on how we can make our communication and services for the Australian public better.
MyCommunity featured videos, discussion forums where customers could post questions, comments and respond to others, as well as surveys and polls to gather feedback and opinion.
The community was only open to selected customers. Thank you to all the people who participated - it was with your help and the information we collected, that we are working on bringing you improved and more useful online communities.
