There are many things that can affect your payment.  Avoid a debt by letting us know when your situation changes.

Services and programs

  • Languages, Literacy and Numeracy Programme (LLNP) - helps job seekers improve their literacy and numeracy skills to gain work
  • Assessment Subsidy for Overseas Trained Professionals (ASDOT) - assists financially disadvantaged, overseas trained professionals
  • Centrelink multicultural services - information about multicultural and multilingual services available for people of non-English speaking backgrounds
  • Services and Programs - available to all Centrelink customers

Direct bill-paying service

Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service where you can choose to pay bills by having a regular amount deducted from your Centrelink payment.
