Busselton Centrelink will relocate on Monday, 17 May to a modern new building just around the corner from its current premises.
Busselton Centrelink staff will permanently close the doors of the Queen Street office at 4 pm on Friday, 14 May.
Centrelink’s new office at 65 Duchess Street will open for business at 8 am on Monday, 17 May.
“The new Busselton Centrelink office will allow our staff to deliver an even higher standard of customer service within a modern, purpose-built environment,” said Centrelink Manager, Bev Hinton.
“The office features a new look, feel and layout that is being progressively implemented across all Centrelink Customer Service Centres, providing a more comfortable environment for customers, greater privacy, and easier access to information products.
“The new-look Busselton Centrelink also features the latest in self-service facilities, allowing customers to do some of their Centrelink business using the computers and telephones provided in the public contact area.”
The new Busselton Centrelink at 65 Duchess Street will be open from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
