Chief Executive Officer - Carolyn Hogg

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Carolyn Hogg, is accountable to the Minister for Human Services for setting Centrelink's strategic direction, for its day-to-day management, and for ensuring that Centrelink delivers services on behalf of its client departments in a proper, efficient and effective manner. Centrelink's employees support the CEO in achieving these objectives.

Chief Information Officer - John Wadeson

The Deputy CEO Information and Communication Technology is responsible for:

• ensuring IT capability for successful service delivery and corporate performance
• delivery of business requirements for Refresh projects related to Employment, Disability and Education
• ensuring the business has access to modern and current IT capability.

General Manager - Hank Jongen

Centrelink spokesperson responsible for informing the public about Centrelink payments and services and changes to legislation which may affect Centrelink customers.
