Claim a payment
You can claim online for a range of Centrelink payments. The list below shows all the payments you may be able to claim:

Report employment income
If you are eligible, you can report your employment and activity test details (if applicable) online instead of returning your usual "Application for payment" form to a Customer Service Centre.

Receive online letters
The Online Letters service is an alternative way for you to receive most of your mail from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. Once subscribed, you can use Online Services to view and print your Centrelink and Family Assistance Office letters online.

Using Online Services you can quickly update or advise Centrelink about a range of your personal details. You can also manage any deductions you have planned. The list below shows all the options you may be able to use:
