You can claim online for a range of Centrelink payments.

Note: You need to register for online services to use these secure services. Once you have registered, select the log on button at the right of your screen to start using online services.
Payments you can claim online

| Age Pension | Claim for the Age Pension if you are of age pension age. | 1 |
| Austudy | Claim for Austudy if you are over 25 and studying full-time, planning to study full-time or undertaking a full-time Australian Apprenticeship. | 1 |
| Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment | Claim for Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment if you have been affected by a major natural or non-natural disaster. | 1 |
| Baby Bonus | Claim for the Baby Bonus if you have a newborn baby or have adopted a child. | 1 |
| Child Care Benefit | Claim for the Child Care Benefit for approved and registered care. | 1 |
| Family Tax Benefit | Claim for Family Tax Benefit A or Family Tax Benefit B. | 1 |
| Maternity Immunisation Allowance | Claim for the Maternity Immunisation Allowance if your child is less than 5 years of age or adopted from overseas. | 1 |
| Youth Allowance | Claim for Youth Allowance if you are studying full-time or planning to study full-time in the future. | 1 |

Lodge an intent to claim for other payments
To make a claim for any other payment (including payments available to job seekers or claims for ABSTUDY), you can:
- register an intent to claim
- telephone us to tell us that you would like to register an intent to claim
- visit your nearest Centrelink Customer Service Centre.
Note: The Intent to Claim registration does not apply to claims for Family Assistance. This includes Family Tax Benefit, Child Care Benefit, Baby Bonus and Maternity Immunisation Allowance. Online service access levels
Your access level is confirmed when you register for online services. The access level required for each service is shown in the table above. This means you may be able to use services at this level or lower, as long as they suit your circumstances.
