Nominee online services
You can now use online services to complete Centrelink business for yourself and the person/s you are a nominee for. As a nominee you can use either online services or phone services to conduct your own business (if you are also a Centrelink customer) but you can only use online services to conduct business on behalf of a customer. The range of options available online will depend on the type of nominee relationship you have with each person. For example, if you are a payment nominee only, you will only have access to options relating to payments.
You can also subscribe for online letters to view and print online letters for yourself and the person/s you are a nominee for.

How do I complete Centrelink business as a nominee online?
You need to register for online services as a nominee, even if you already use online services for yourself. Once registered, the first page you see after you have logged into online services is the 'Select who you wish to act for' page where you can choose if you want to act for yourself or for a customer. To act on behalf of a different person you must leave the current record to return to the 'Select who you wish to act for' page, where you can choose to act for a different person or yourself.
If you have 10 or less customers that you are a nominee for, the customer/s will be listed on the 'Select who you wish to act for' page once you logon. In the case where you have more than 10 current customers that you are a nominee for, you will be presented with a search page where you can choose to act for yourself or search for the person you wish to act for by their Customer Reference Number (CRN) or name or date of birth.
