Using online services you can request some documents issued by Centrelink to be posted to you.
On this pageNote: You need to register for online services to use these secure services. Once you have registered, select the log on button at the right of your screen to start using online services.
Documents you can request

| Income Statement | Request a printed Income Statement. | 2 |
| Payment summary for 3 financial years | Request a printed copy of your payment summary for 3 financial years. | 2 |
| Rent Certificate | Request a duplicate copy of your Rent Certificate. | 2 |

Online service access levels
Your access level is confirmed when you register for online services. The access level required for each service is shown in the table above. This means you may be able to use services at this level or lower, as long as they suit your circumstances.
