Using online services you can view and print a range of your details that are recorded with Centrelink.
You need to register for online services to use these secure services. Once you have registered, select the logon button at the right of your screen to start using online services.

Details you may need in order to claim the 30 per cent Child Care Tax Rebate from the Australian Taxation Office. |

View the address, accommodation, email and telephone details. |

| Employment income |
Your reported employment income details, such as your employer's name, how many hours you worked and the amount of income you advised Centrelink of. |

All the income estimates you have provided to the Family Assistance Office for the past three financial years. You can also use this service to view your actual income for the past three financial years. |

Using this service you can view a summary of both your and your partner's (where applicable) current income and assets details including your current shares. |

Using this service you can view and print your Income statement. |

| Money you owe |
Using this service you can view the details of any money you currently and have previously owed to Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. |

The view online letters service gives you the choice to view some letters from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office over the internet. |

Using this service you can view the details of payments you have received from other Government departments. |

You can view a history of your current payments from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. You can also view the projected amount of your next payments from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. |

Using this service you can view and print a duplicate copy of your Rent Certificate. |

| Reporting dates |
Your next employment income reporting date to Centrelink. If you receive a Reporting and Income Statement, you can also view your next 12 weeks reporting dates. |

Using this service you can view your current Income Bank balance, your updated balance and a history of balances. |

Details of the courses you are currently studying, have recently completed, or have advised you will be studying in the future. |

Access level
Your access level is confirmed when you register for online services. The access level required for each service is shown in the table above. This means you may be able to use services at this level or lower, as long as they suit your circumstances.
