Using online services you can view and print a range of your details that are recorded with Centrelink.
On this pageNote: You need to register for online services to use these secure services. Once you have registered, select the log on button at the right of your screen to start using online services.

| Application for Payment | Using this service you can view and print a copy of your relevant Application for Payment form. | 3 |
| Bank account details | This service allows you to view where payments made to you by Centrelink or the Family Assistance Office are sent. | 3 |
| Centrelink appointments | You can view a list of any future appointments booked with Centrelink or the Family Assistance Office. You can also use this service to view a history of your recently completed appointments. | 2 |
| Child care details | Your Child Care Benefit percentage, which children you claim Child Care Benefit for and which child in your care has met their immunisation requirements. | 2 |
| Child Care Rebate | Details you may need in order to claim the 30% Child Care Rebate from the Australian Taxation Office. | 2 |
| Contact details | View your address, accommodation, email and telephone details. | 3 |
| Employment income | Your reported employment income details, such as your employer's name, how many hours you worked and the amount of income you advised Centrelink of. | 2 |
| Family income history | All the income estimates you have provided to the Family Assistance Office for the past 3 financial years. You can also use this service to view your actual income for the past three financial years. | 2 |
| Income and assets | Using this service you can view a summary of both your and your partner's (where applicable) current income and assets details including your current shares. | 3 |
| Income Statement | Using this service you can view and print your Income statement. | 3 |
| Money you owe | Using this service you can view the details of any money you currently and have previously owed to Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. | 2 |
| Online claims | Details of any online claims that you have already started. | 2 |
| Online letters | The view online letters service gives you the choice to view some letters from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office over the internet. | 3 |
| Other government payments | Using this service you can view the details of payments you have received from other Government departments. | 2 |
| Previous payments | You can view a history of your current payments from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. You can also view the projected amount of your next payments from Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. | 2 |
| Rent Certificate | Using this service you can view and print a duplicate copy of your Rent Certificate. | 3 |
| Reporting dates | Your next employment income reporting date to Centrelink. If you receive a Reporting and Income Statement, you can also view your next 12 weeks reporting dates. | 2 |
| Student Income Bank balance | Using this service you can view your current Income Bank balance, your updated balance and a history of balances. | 2 |
| View study details | Allows you to view and update course details for Youth Allowance or Austudy. Use as an alternative to completing the Course details required for Youth Allowance or Austudy form. | 2 |
| Working Credit | If eligible you can see your current working credit balance, your updated balance and a history of balances. | 2 |
| Your assets | View the details of your household contents, cars, life insurance and other personal assets. This service does not include real estate, business or financial assets. | 3 |

This means you may be able to use services at this level or lower, as long as they suit your circumstances.
