Fares Allowance
If you are a tertiary student receiving ABSTUDY, Austudy, Pensioner Education Supplement or Youth Allowance, and you are living away from your permanent home to study, Fares Allowance helps you to cover the cost of travelling between your home and where you are doing your studies. If you are a full-time secondary student receiving ABSTUDY you may also receive Fares Allowance.
