Change of circumstances

You need to tell the Family Assistance Office if your circumstances change when receiving Maternity Immunisation Allowance. For example, you need to tell us if a child stops living with you.

• If you don't tell the Family Assistance Office about the changes you may be overpaid, and you will probably have to pay the money back.
• If you deliberately do not tell the Family Assistance Office about changes, you could be charged with fraud.
