Partnered, but separated because of illness, respite care or prison $490.40
Single $569.80*

Single supplement

* Includes the $19.50 pension supplement.

Income and assets tests are used to work out how much you can get.

Payment adjustments and reviews

Parenting Payment is usually adjusted in March and September each year in line with the Consumer Price Index - that is, in line with any increases in the costs of living.
