Claiming
To claim your Pension Bonus you must answer the Pension Bonus Scheme questions in the
Claim for Age Pension and Pension Bonus form. You need to fill out this form when you decide to claim your Pension Bonus and the Age Pension.
You should claim the Pension Bonus, as well as your Age Pension within 13 weeks if, for example, you no longer meet the work test or you stop working.
As some of the rules of the Pension Bonus Scheme are complex, it is recommended you seek information about your Pension Bonus claim from a Financial Information Service Officer before you stop meeting the work test.
