How to register
Registering for the scheme
To register for the Pension Bonus Scheme, you need to complete and lodge a registration for the Pension Bonus Scheme form.
To get a form, you can:
- print out the registration for the Pension Bonus Scheme form
- phone us on 13 2300
- visit your nearest Centrelink Customer Service Centre
Documentation
Once you submit your registration, you will need to provide proof of identity and proof of date of birth.
We will also tell you if there are other documents and forms you need to provide.
Note: You do not have to meet any income or assets tests when you register.
