Claiming
Your eligibility for Seniors Supplement is automatically assessed when you claim a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card. You do not need to make a separate claim. You must provide details of a bank account into which your Seniors Supplement can be paid.
Note: If you do not want to get Seniors Supplement, you should tell us as soon as possible. You can:
- phone us on 13 2300
- visit your nearest Customer Service Centre
Claim outcome
If your claim for a Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card is successful and you have elected to be paid Seniors Supplement it will automatically be paid into your bank account each quarter.
If you disagree with a decision we make
You always have the right to appeal any decision made by Centrelink.
