Income and Assets Tests for Special Benefit:

Special Benefit is subject to an Income Test and Assets Test as shown below. These income and assets tests are effective from 1 July 2008.

Income Test:

No free area, benefit reduced by one dollar for each one dollar of income.

Assets test:
