Eligibility

You may qualify for Utilities Allowance if you are:

under Age Pension age and you receive Partner Allowance or Widow Allowance, or
receiving Disability Support Pension and are under 21 years old with no dependant children.

Qualification is determined on 20 January, 20 March, 20 September and 20 December each year.
