Eligibility

Widow B Pension is being phased out. New grants of Widow B Pension stopped on 20 March 1997.

If you were receiving Widow B Pension before 20 March 1997, you can keep on receiving it as long as you remain eligible until you transfer to Age Pension.

Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for another payment.
