Payment rates
The maximum rate of Widow B Pension is $755.50 a fortnight. This includes a Pension Supplement of $60.20. This payment rate is effective from 20 March 2012.
Note: Customers in receipt of a pension on 19 September 2009 may be assessed under transitional arrangements and be eligible for different rates of payment.
Income and assets tests
The amount you get depends on your income and assets.
Payment adjustments and reviews
Widow B Pension is usually adjusted on 20 March and 20 September each year in line with increases in the costs of living.
From time to time, your Widow B Pension is reviewed.
If you are earning variable income, you need to report your income to us every fortnight.

You always have the right to appeal any decision made by Centrelink.
