Full-time secondary education courses, graduate courses, undergraduate courses, and some Masters, diplomas, and TAFE courses are approved for Youth Allowance. Part-time studyPart-time study means you have a study load less than 75% of a full-time workload. Your study load may become part-time even if you only drop one subject. You need to tell us about any changes to your enrolment in case your payment is affected. If you are studying part-time, you may need to enter a Preparing for Work agreement and undertake activities to make up a full-time workload.
