Multicultural Customer Service Training CD ROM
What does it cover?
This computer assisted learning package uses audio, video and interactive exercises to explore:
- multicultural issues
- interpreters and translations
- intercultural communication, and
- ethnic naming practices.
The package includes the CD ROM 'A Guide to Ethnic Naming Practices' which features naming conventions for 66 languages.
Who is it for?
Professionals and customer service staff who have a culturally diverse clientele, including the community and government sectors.
How much does it cost?
Cost: (includes GST, postage and handling)
- $50 (includes the Guide to Ethnic Naming Practices referred to in the modules)
- $25 (just includes the CD ROM - if you already have the Guide to Ethnic Naming Practices you only need the CD ROM)
How do I order?
There are 2 ordering and payment options.
Credit card
Credit card is the preferred payment option. To let us know you want to pay by credit card email details of your name, business name and ABN, address for delivery and billing, contact information and the quantity to multicultural.services.nat@centrelink.gov.au. We will reply and send you a customer reference number. To progress your payment call 1300 130 379 and follow the prompts (keep your customer reference number handy).
