What does it cover?

This computer assisted learning package uses audio, video and interactive exercises to explore:

  • multicultural issues
  • interpreters and translations
  • intercultural communication, and
  • ethnic naming practices.

The package includes the CD-ROM ‘A Guide to Ethnic Naming Practices’ which features naming conventions for 66 languages.

Who is it for?

Professionals and customer service staff who have a culturally diverse clientele, including the community and government sectors.

How much does it cost?

There are two versions available.

Individual version - Designed to be loaded on a PC hard drive.

  • Cost: $50.00 (includes GST, postage and handling)

Organisation version - Designed to run from a server. This product is licensed for multiple users. For full functionality we require:

  • details of a drive where user records can be saved, and
  • an IT contact in your organisation.

Cost: $500 (includes GST, postage and handling within Australia)

A 50% discount applies if your organisation has previously purchased the Guide to Ethnic Naming Practices.
