Centrelink Agents

Centrelink Agents are located in areas which need access to more Centrelink services than those provided through an Access Point. As well as providing access to Centrelink forms, publications, telephone and fascimilie facilities, Centrelink Agents can respond to most general enquiries and provide a direct link to Centrelink staff (including specialists) if more assistance is needed.

Agents are also able to:

  • provide access to the internet and assistance to customers in the use of self service products
  • accept claim forms and other documentation required to be lodged with Centrelink
  • provide advice on Centrelink and other Government services and payments

Please Note: Centrelink Agents cannot issue payments, Electronic Banking transfers (EBTs) or Health Care Cards and are unable to review, assess or vary any of your payments.
