If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment and you use a TTY, you can telephone Centrelink on FREECALL™ 1800 810 586 to get information on the wide range of payments and services Centrelink delivers. A TTY operator will answer your questions or will find the information for you. This number is available Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
You can also provide comments or feedback about our customer service by telephoning the TTY Customer Relations Line on FREECALL™ 1800 000 567. This number is available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
