Senate Order listing of contracts over $100,000 - 2009 calendar year listing
In response to a Senate Order passed on 20 June 2001 (and as amended 04 December 2003), Centrelink includes the following contract information on this website:
- each contract entered into by Centrelink, which has not been fully performed or which has been entered into during the previous 12 months and which provides for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more
- the contractor, the amount of consideration, the subject matter of each contract, and the start and end dates for each contract
- whether each contract contains provisions requiring the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions or whether there are any other requirements of confidentiality resulting from the output of the contract, and a statement of these confidentiality reasons, and
- an estimate of the cost of complying with this order, and a statement of the method used to make the estimate.
The current listing is for the 2009 calendar year and covers the period 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 inclusive.
