Help for confirm your identity
In order to protect your privacy and the security of your information you are required to confirm your identity with Centrelink before you can link
your Centrelink online account to your myGov online account. To confirm your identity you need to provide your Customer Access Number (CAN) and Password.
If you have recorded secret questions and answers for your Centrelink online account you will be asked to answer one secret question.
Customer Access Number
Your Customer Access Number (CAN) is the number you were given when you first registered to use online services with Centrelink and the Family Assistance Office. Please enter this number without spaces.
